North Scott Pharmacy is committed to providing you continued service during this COVID-19 pandemic. Please be patient with us as we work hard to fill your prescriptions while providing a safe environment for our customers and staff.

Help us provide you with the best care and timely response by utilizing our COVID-19 guidelines:

- Please use our drive-thru service to maximize social distancing- Please call ahead to request refills and allow 24 hours for them to be ready

- If your bottle reads zero (0) refills; please allow three (3) days for us to contact your doctor and have them ready

- We will NOT be accepting old prescription bottles for recycling. Also, please call your refill number in instead of bringing in your old bottle

- If you are expecting a prescription after being seen by the doctor, please call ahead to verify that it is ready for pickup (563) 285-2001

- If you suspect you are sick, have a fever, cough and/or shortness of breath please arrange for someone else to pick up your prescriptions
